• Shipping Destination: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Shipping Fee: Flat-rate shipping of $3.90 per order within the United States.

• Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5–6 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping Carriers: Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the delivery location and shipping efficiency.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, carrier information, and tracking link when available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Return & Refund Policy

• Return Period: Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging, tags included.
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, free or promotional gift items, sale or clearance items, and items that have been altered, modified, or damaged due to customer handling.

• Return Approval: All return requests are subject to approval. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label.
